Privacy policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
Tint Days LLC understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personally identifiable information as you use this website. This Privacy Policy tells you how we protect and use information that we gather from you. By using this website, you consent to the terms described in the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. "We" and "our" mean Tint Days LLC and its affiliates. "You," "your," "visitor," or "user" means the individual accessing this site.
Personal and non-personal information
Our Privacy Policy identifies how we treat your personal and non-personal information.
Non-personal information is information that cannot identify you. If you visit this website to read information, such as information about one of our services, we may collect certain non-personal information about you from your computer's web browser. Because non-personal information cannot identify you or be tied to you in any way, there are no restrictions on the ways that we can use or share non-personal information.
Personal information is information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways:
- When you send us a quote request or other form
- When you conduct a transaction with us, our affiliates, or others
- When we collect information about you in support of a transaction, such as payment information
In some places on this website you have the opportunity to send us personal information about yourself, to elect to receive particular information, or to request a service.
Cookies and other technologies
We may use cookies and related technologies, such as web beacons, to collect information on our website. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time: a cookie tells the web server that you have returned to a specific page, so information you previously provided can be retrieved.
A web beacon is a small graphic image that allows the party that set it to monitor and collect certain information about the viewer of a web page or e-mail message, such as the type of browser, the IP address of the computer, and the time the web beacon was viewed. We may use web beacons to count visitors to the web pages on the website, to monitor how our users navigate the website, and in e-mail messages to count how many messages were opened, acted upon, or forwarded.
Third-party vendors also may use cookies on our website. For instance, we may contract with third parties who use cookies to track and analyze anonymous usage and volume statistics from our visitors. Such information is shared externally only on an anonymous, aggregated basis. We may also contract with a third party to send e-mails on our behalf, and that third party may set cookies to measure the effectiveness of those e-mails. All data collected by these third parties on behalf of Tint Days LLC is used solely by or on behalf of Tint Days LLC.
From time to time we may allow third parties to post advertisements on our website, and those advertisements may include a cookie or web beacon served by the third party. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of information collected from you by third-party ad servers. We do not control cookies in such third-party ads, and you should check the privacy policies of those advertisers before linking to an ad.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of this website.
How Tint Days LLC uses personal information
Tint Days LLC may keep and use personal information we collect from or about you to provide you with access to this website or our services, to respond to your requests, to bill you for services you purchased, to provide ongoing service and support, to contact you with information that might be of interest to you, including information about our services, to ask for your opinion about our services, for record-keeping and analytical purposes, and to improve our services and content.
Personal information collected online may be combined with information you provide to us through other sources. We may also remove your personal identifiers, in which case you would no longer be identified as a single unique individual, and we may treat the de-identified information like other non-personal information. We may use your personal information to protect our rights or property, to protect someone's health, safety or welfare, and to comply with a law or regulation, court order or other legal process.
Does Tint Days LLC share personal information with others?
We will not share your personal information collected from this website with an unrelated third party without your permission, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. In the ordinary course of business, we may share some personal information with companies that we hire to perform services or functions on our behalf, such as our quote and scheduling software. In all cases in which we share your personal information with a third party for the purpose of providing a service to us, we will not authorize them to keep, disclose or use your information with others except for the purpose of providing the services we asked them to provide.
We will not sell, exchange or publish your personal information, except in conjunction with a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, or acquisition. For some transactions, our third-party service vendors (such as payment processors) may collect personal information directly from you to assist you with your transaction. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use your personal information before they collect it. If you submit a review of Tint Days LLC, during the submission process we ask your permission to gather your basic information (such as name and email address) which we then share with the third party for whom you are submitting the review.
We may be legally compelled to release your personal information in response to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law or regulation. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting website visitors who violate our rules or engage in behavior that is harmful to other visitors or illegal. We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we feel that the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, protect someone's health, safety or welfare, or to comply with a law or regulation, court order or other legal process.
Communications, including text messages
We may contact you periodically by e-mail, mail or telephone to provide information regarding services and content that may be of interest to you. Some of the features on this website allow you to communicate with us using an online form. If your communication requests a response from us, we may send you a response via e-mail, and that response may include your personal information. We cannot guarantee that our e-mails to you will be secure from unauthorized interception.
By consenting to Tint Days' SMS marketing, including through our quote form, you agree to receive recurring text notifications about your request or job, text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided within any of our messages. Alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Advertising and analytics
We use, or may use, tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to understand how people find and use this website and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and similar technologies in your browser and share information about your visit with Meta and Google.
The Meta Pixel lets Meta recognize that you visited this website and which pages you viewed, so that we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine that information with information it already holds about you. You can learn how Meta uses this data in the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can adjust the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking tell us how visitors arrive at the site, which pages they view, and whether a visit led to a quote request, and let Google measure and show our ads. Google may use the data in line with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings.
The information these tools collect may include your IP address, the pages you viewed, the time of your visit, your device and browser type, and an identifier tied to your browser or device. It is used for measuring and improving our advertising and this website, not for any other purpose. You can decline cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
How is personal information secured?
We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized personnel and third-party vendors have access to your personal information, and they are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal information.

When we receive a request by telephone we will check the caller's identity before disclosing any personal data, and we will ask for the request in writing if we cannot confirm who is calling.
